"I have dealt with Katie several times in regards to our account when we initially set up our insurance for our vehicles as well as our homeowners insurance. Recently, we have replaced our roof on our house and our external buildings and I inquired about receiving a discount due to us putting class three shingles on our home, which I verified previous to purchase State Farm would help reduce my rate prior to getting them installed. Honestly, I have dealt with insurance companies over the years and Customer Service is not always the greatest but truly we have had a super positive experience here at Tom Lane State Farm Insurance agency. Katie has been the face of that for us and our experience has always been positive. Responses are always followed up on in a very prompt manner more expeditiously than I have experienced before so I wanted to take the time and let everyone know the positive experience I’ve had here. I would highly recommend these guys they can’t control the pricing necessarily, but obviously I came to these guys because they were cheaper and offered me more coverage so for now our insurance coverage has been Five Star. Of course I have not tested a claim yet but the customer service that I have experienced here could truly not be better. Everyone is always so quick to leave negative reviews for places and I want to be just as quick to leave a positive one when it’s owed. Keep doing what you’re doing, Katie thank you!"

"I recently moved out as part of a marriage separation. I needed to reestablish myself. My sister suggested that I contact the Office of Tom Lane. I called and was connected with Jennifer Apotheker. Jennifer was fabulous she asked me questions about my needs. She asked about stuff I never would have thought of mentioning to her. She was able to use my answers to suggest various options for coverage, and discounts. She really went above what I expected of an insurance agent. Then I received a booklet in the mail that helps inventory my stuff in case of a tragedy. I would highly recommend State Farm Agent Tom Lane and his staff, especially Jennifer Apotheker.
