"I have been a client w/Tom Lane State Farm for years as well as my parents before me. In a time when social climate is in flux, it's hard to ever anticipate genuine customer service. But everyone at Tom Lane's office will greet you warmly, take time to talk with you like a real person, and go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of at 150%. I have never in nearly 40 years, ever had a less than brilliant experience. They are a shining example that I would love to see others aspire to.
